I just wanted to take the time to thank you for the wonderful services. This was the first time my husband and I have ever owned the chimney, so we knew nothing about its upkeep or maintenance.
Your employees were very neat (we expected at least a small mess to come with a chimney sweep) and very informative. They explained everything so could understand it and wrote down things I should know for the future.

Dear Stash
Thank you so much for weaving your magic wand and fixing our wood burning furnace chimney pipe. It works perfectly! I was a bit afraid to fire it up but no problems at all. I even got thermometer up to 400 degrees of so.
I learned quite a bit from listening to your advice on how to burn the fire correctly and I will try to follow your instructions. You will be hearing from me in the Spring - as soon as I see the first daffodil. If you don't might traveling to New Milford we would love to have you take a look at the chimney from roof top minus the snow.
I hope you have a wonderful trip in March. Good luck with your stove selection.
